Peggy Leiting is inviting librarians in the area to attend the Health Information Education session in Randolph. If you have a session scheduled and want to invite other librarians, please send a note like this to your system listserv:

    Please join us:
    Thursday September 20th at 10:00 a.m.
UNMC Medical Librarians and the National Library of Medicine will offer free informational session at the
Lied Randolph Public Library 109 N. Douglas Randolph NE.
The session will enable citizens to make better informed decisions regarding their family’s health care requirements.
The session, which is open to the public, is led by medical librarians from UMNC and CHIRS. They provide the most current, reliable information available. This is a great service that most people are unaware of.
This project is supported in part by the U.S. Department of Commerce National Telecommunications and Information Administration BTOP. Additional funding is provided by the American Recover and Reinvestment Act and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

For more information please contact Peggy Leiting @ Lied Randolph Public Library, 402-337-0046
